Paul Meldrum

Paul has been involved in the health and fitness industry for nine years. During this time he has worked with thousands of clients in the areas of weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation and sports performance.

Chris Carter

Chris has been highly active in the health and fitness industry for seven years. During this time he has worked with a variety of clients, achieving excellent results in the areas of weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation and sporting performance. Chris is passionate about furthering his knowledge to improve the results he achieves for his clients and this has led him to achieve his Diploma of Sports Kinesiology and many other qualifications.

Chris has also had experience in the armed forces, allowing him direct experience of the elite levels of fitness required for service. 

Combining this with his background in self defense and mixed martial arts allows Chris to specialize in training clients who have very specific fitness requirements they must meet. Chris also specializes in injury rehabilitation and is renowned for the speed at which he gets results.

Sean Kelly

Sean has been involved in health and fitness for his entire life. An avid Rugby League player and swimmer, he competed at State level in swimming and played as a junior for the Roosters squad.

Since leaving school Sean got right into the fitness industry, started a successful Personal Training Business and after completing the DC Health Performance mentoring program, was offered a position as head trainer. He is now also an elite Olympic Weightlifter, achieving a National Level total after only 1 year of training.

Michael is a elite level Olympic Weightlifter and passionate Coach. He has a true dedication towards healthy eating and how it can transform lives.

Daniel B

Daniel has experienced first hand the transformative power of fitness, helping him gain over 10 kgs of muscle and transform his life. He is now studying Chiropractic to help his clients get even better results.

Tyler Key

Tyler is an elite Rugby player with an Exercise Science Degree. He is passionate about using science to improve performance and stays at the cutting edge of the latest methods.
